www.moonbon.dk is owned and operated by Moonboon K / S, CVR no. 40003525, (hereafter “www.moonboon.dk”), Ny Østergade 9, 4th floor, 1101 Copenhagen K, +45 50 50 51 30, firstname.lastname@example.org.
These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods at www.moonboon.dk for delivery in Europe and countries within the European Union, thus not to the United Kingdom unless otherwise is agreed upon.
1. Ordering and payment
www.moonboon.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, we may close the shop due to maintenance or other necessary conditions. You can only complete purchases when the shop is open and accessible.
To shop at www.moonbon.dk you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment card that we accept as a payment method. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still purchase our products if you have an acceptance of your guardian or have the legal right to complete the purchase yourself.
You choose the items you want to buy and add them to the “bag”. Afterwards you are able adjust the contents of your bag until the actual payment step, where you regularly have the option to check the content and the price of the items in your bag.
The delivery method will be added in step 2, where you must provide your data and delivery location. In this step, you are ready to place and confirm the order, choose your delivery method and enter your personal information such as name, address, email and phone number. When you press ‘Next’, a payment window opens where you choose your form of payment and complete the payment. You can change your content of your bag right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing “Accept and pay”. Afterwards your order will be send to www.moonboon.dk.
At www.moonboon.dk you can pay with the following payment methods:
- Dankort / Visa Dankort
- Visa Debit
- American Express
- Pay Pal
We do not charge any extra card fees.
Note: The payment will only be charged from your card before we ship the items ordered.
Note – Reservations of sold out items should be noticed, misprints, image errors and price, color, model, and specification changes.
2. Receipt/Invoice and order confirmation
Placing the order itself via www.moonboon.dk is not a legally binding agreement. Therefor Moonboon K / S has the opportunity to cancel your order in case of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures or similar situations. The binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you in the checkout, when we have shipped your order with the items you have ordered at www-moonboon.dk
You should be aware that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereas an agreement has been confirmed. The agreement is only binding once you have received an email from Moonboon with information that we have shipped the item
At Moonboon we offer delivery via _______, where you can choose delivery to your home address, to your workplace, or to a pick-up point in your area. The price of the different delivery options are stated upon ordering or via this link_______.
You should always expect a delivery time of 10 business days, however these may vary during periods with large order activity. Items you order together are generally shipped together.
Moonboon is responsible for the items until you have received them.
Please note that we do not share your personal information with the carrier. If you want the parcel to be placed on a special point on your address, at a neighbor’s house, or else ware, you have to inform GLS yourself.
NB: If your package is not picked up before the deadline at GLS Package Shops (10 days), we reserve the right to charge you the shipping of the parcel back to our showroom. This also applies to incorrectly stated addresses.
In addition, it is possible to pick up the order from Moonboon’s showroom in Copenhagen by appointment.
4. Right of cancellation up to 14 days
When you shop online and at www.moonboon.dk you have the right of a 14 days cancellation policy. The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you receive the items, or receives the last item in physical possession if it comes to a delivery of several items ordered simultaneously and delivered individually.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the last item, that you wish to cancel your purchase. This message has to be sent to email@example.com as fast as possible. In your message, you must make clear to us that you want to use your right of cancellation and state your order number.
NB: You cannot simply just refuse to receive the parcel from the carrier without giving us a clear notice.
You will get the amount spend returned for items purchased at www.moonboon.dk within 14 days after we have received your parcel if the packaging and items are in the same shape as when leaving our showroom and with a copy of a valid order confirmation attached.
The right of cancellation begins the day you receive the parcel with the ordered item(s). If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, the period runs from the day you received the last item(s).
After you have received the parcel you must handle the item(s) in a way that allows you to determine the use and the condition of the ordered item(s) and the way they work.
Items excluded from the right of cancellation
Item(s) that are marked as “Only by request” or “custommade” are excluded from the right of cancellation and can therefore not be returned.
You have to return your ordered item(s) to Moonboon without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to return your order. You have to pay the expenses regarding the return of the item(s) to our showroom.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed securely and cannot be damaged by the transport back to us. You even carry the risk of the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the mail receipt as well as possibly. track and trace number in case the package disappears.
If you have purchased a “Bundle” and would like to refund one of the items in the Bundle, you will be charged full price for the item that you are keeping.
The item(s) are your responsibility and you are responsible for these from the time of delivery until we receive the item(s) again.
You lose your right of cancellation if:
- You have used the item(s) and they therefore cannot be sold again as new.
- You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase as well as a description of why you want to return your purchase. This also have to be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Note! We do not receive packages sent by COD. These will be refused at the receiving point and sent back to you.
When we receive the item(s) you want to return, they will be checked and the amount you paid for the item(s) will be refunded to your account. Refund is always transferred via the same payment method you paid the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund the amount to another card or using another payment method than used at the point of purchase.
In case of depreciation of the item(s) in which you are responsible for, the purchase amount will be adjusted due to the level of decreasing value. You are responsible for the following depreciation:
- You have used the product
- The item has been damaged while they were your responsibility, also during the return to Moonboon’s showroom.
- You have handled the item in a different way than necessary to determine the way it works and the condition.

6. Warranty – If something is wrong with the item
The Sale of Goods Act applies to items purchases on www.moonboon.dk.
You always have a 24 months warranty when you shop at www.moonboon.dk. This means that you can either get the defective item repaired, exchanged, have your money refunded, or get a rejection of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not been cost as a result of incorrect use of the item or other damaging behavior.
Therefore, we always refer to carefully reading the user manual, which is enclosed with all products purchased at www.moonboon.dk.
NB: Be aware that you have the responsibility from receiving the parcel yourself. If the parcel is damaged, you should always refuse to receive it and contact us as soon as possible.
You have to contact us within “reasonable time”
You have to inform us within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you inform us as soon as possible and within 2 months after the defect was discovered. You can inform us by contacting via email at email@example.com or by telephone +45 50 50 51 30. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
In case of a defect with a permitted warranty, the items must be sent to:

When you return the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is. Also enclose a copy of your order confirmation.
If the warranty is justified, we will of course refund the reasonable shipping costs you have been imposed for sending the items back to us. If the warranty is not justified, you have to cover all costs for the transportation, including our delivery costs for returning the items after examination of your claim of defect. Remember that the item always has to be sent in proper packaging and you should always receive a receipt of shipment from the carrier. You are responsible for the items until we have received them. Therefore, you should always keep the shipment receipt incl. information of shipment costs and track and trace number.
Note! We do not receive parcels sent by COD or similar delivery methods.
7. Prohibition of purchase for the purpose of planned resale
At Moonboon you will find a limited quantity per. order. This is made to prevent purchases via www.moonboon.dk as planned resale. Therefore, it is not possible to order more than 10 pieces, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If Moonboon considers a customer to generally purchases for the purpose of resale, Moonboon reserves the right to cancel one or more of these orders without the customer being able to make any claim against Moonboon.
Moonboon respects all rights of secrecy of personal data provided on Moonboon’s webshop. Furthermore, we are aware of the need of appropriate protection and proper processing of personal data. Moonboon registers and processes personal data in accordance with the rules and regulations of these at any time.
By using moonboon.dk and ordering items you agree that Moonboon registers and processes your personal information in accordance with the below.
To be able to order and shop at www.moonboon.dk, you must as a minimum state:
The above personal data will be stored for the purpose of delivering the items you have purchased, as well as being able to process inquiries regarding your purchase for 5 years starting from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after words the information will be deleted.
Information is not disclosed or sold to any third parties unless this is done in connection to a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data laws.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to request insight to our registration of data about you, and you can request a registration pursuant to the rules on this in the Act of the processing of personal data. This inquiry has to me send directly to Moonboon K / S via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
